I would love if there was an update, or additional content added for the digital era. You will get everything and more that your looking for. A really great book it is. The only problem is that the audio changes volume frequently. Very good, really good, really got the message and very big insight on how to make more sales. The material was excellent and if applied correctly will make anyone successful in sales.

The delivery was a little dry but still very much worth the while. I'm in the sales industry and have gathered quite a bit of nuggets from listening to this in my role, but I've also seen how it's spilled into other areas of my life. All of us are involved in sales, be it professionally or personally, so I feel as though everyone should make a study of this book.
