I did the Kick Start plan July , and lost 4 pounds. I ate quinoa instead of brown rice, and I ate warm oatmeal instead of overnight oats. Overall I tweaked the plan to put the daily calorie totals around I will admit the only meal I really struggled with was the soup. Planning planning and planning. Getting the snacks and protein portions done for the week salmon, chicken, quinoa and turkey freeze brilliantly allowing yourself to eat the snacks.
